The One Well Checkup

A whole-life reflection for people who sense that too much may be resting on one source.

Most people do not realize how much of their life depends on one source until something shifts.

There are no right answers here. The goal is not to judge your life. The goal is to see it more clearly.

Begin the Checkup
What this includes

One page. About ten minutes. A broader look at where your life may be over-concentrated.

  • Financial dependence
  • Identity and self-worth
  • Emotional support and relationships
  • Meaning, purpose, and inner life
  • Energy, health, and renewal
  • Future optionality and growth

The question is not whether your life works.

The question is how much of it now depends on one place, one role, one person, or one pattern continuing to hold.

The Checkup

Start with a clearer picture.

Answer each question as honestly as you can. The goal is not perfection. The goal is to see your current structure more clearly.

This takes about 5–7 minutes. Most people find the clarity shows up somewhere in the middle, not at the end.
